SempoaDuitSempoaDuit is a free set of personal finance calculators built for Malaysians. The name comes from sempoa, the Malay word for the abacus, the tool generations of Malaysians used to count their money. The goal is the same: to make everyday money questions quick to answer, from how much tax you'll pay to what your first home will really cost upfront.
Official rules are spread across LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO, Bank Negara and the Malaysian Bar, and many existing calculators are out of date or hard to use on a phone. Each calculator here shows its working and links to the sources it relies on.
How we keep figures current
Rates are reviewed after each Budget announcement, each EPF dividend declaration, and whenever LHDN publishes new reliefs. The date the figures were last checked is shown at the bottom of every page. If you spot something out of date, please let us know.
